  • Our minimum for event bookings is usually around 40 guests. Smaller events may be possible depending on the date and location, so feel free to reach out if you are unsure.

  • We have a minimum spend which varies slightly depending on travel distance and event type. This will be confirmed in your quote once we receive your enquiry form.

  • Our standard service time is two hours. You can add extra time if you would like us to serve for longer.

  • All packages include our full woodfired pizza setup, staff, unlimited pizza servings during your service window, eco friendly plates and napkins, and complete pack down at the end.

  • Yes. We can make gluten free, dairy free and vegan pizzas with advance notice. Please list all dietary needs on your enquiry form so we can plan accordingly.

  • Yes, we cater across the South West. Travel fees apply for locations outside our usual service area to cover time and fuel. These will be included in your quote.

  • We need a flat space for our setup and safe vehicle access. Power access is helpful but not essential as we can bring a generator if needed. Please include access details on your enquiry form.

  • Weekends and wedding season dates book out quickly, so we recommend booking as early as possible. If your date is available, we are happy to take last minute enquiries too.

  • Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid and you have accepted your quote.

  • Not yet. We often receive multiple enquiries for the same date. The first client to accept the quote and pay the deposit secures the booking.

  • We do not offer tastings as our menu is based on fresh, simple and classic flavours that work well for all event types. If you have specific requests, feel free to mention them.

  • As a mobile setup, we are flexible and can work around most conditions. If your event is outdoors, we recommend a sheltered area for the food service space.
